Aligning the Team Around Customer-Centric Excellence

I helped foster collaboration among ~15 diverse groups and departments to brainstorm, deliberate, and exchange ideas, collectively defining excellence for consumers. This aligned the team and stakeholders on a shared understanding of the product vision and strategy while maintaining a customer-centric focus.

Future-State Experience Vision

I created user journeys that highlighted key moments for both members and providers, ensuring user-centric decision-making and a clear alignment of features and functionality.

In addition, I developed a comprehensive vision document that combined written and visual elements, including several motion prototypes to bring the vision to life.

This document became the definitive guide for the Optum Virtual Care Organization's mission, vision, strategy, and goals. It captured the full end-to-end member journey, sparking ideas and aligning teams around continuous testing and iteration for the future product.
